		<description>It is surprising the Hoya can operate on so little money.  I suspect the University is covering a lot of expenses that an independent would have to pay including rent, telecom, insurance etc.  
When I was at the Hatchet in the early 2000's they brought in about $500,000 and most all of it went right back out with maybe $25,000-$50,000 getting put in savings.  They did have to pay for everything except rent which I think they now do have to pay and the students and full time staff were well paid.</description>
