I hope that you give Heretic Pride some time and repeated listens. I had a similar reaction at first, but many of the songs have grown on me. We fans tend to want a beloved artist to stay the same as we first fell in love with him, but that's not fair. HP may be pointing to some new directions for John. Let's let him grow and experiment and see where it takes us.

BTW, at the present moment the link to my blog used with this comment is down. It is not a "fake" link, just waiting for my server administrator to get things fixed.</description>
