Nice South Ossetia call-out. All the talk about how this is the big party block is making me think a trip to the neighbors is in order.

Judging from my experience last year, they weren't the most rowdy of rows. But the neighbors were huge pains in the ass. Judging from their complaints (to the ANC, university, and anyone else who would listen), you would think they lived on the set of Animal House. Or South Ossetia.

But looks like Stephanie "I'm not at all in tune to the needs of students" Lynch has gotten her way, and 16 townhouses are now out of commission. I can almost guarantee that any alcohol policy violation, however minor, will make sure you never see those townhouses in your life.
