Monday Madlibs: a good old-fashioned CAG party

Between our constant passive-aggressive references to the Citizens’ Association of Georgetown’s confrontational history with student noise and this morning’s post about their support for a nasty scheme photo-then-fine scheme in West Georgetown, Vox sometimes villify this gentle group of concerned neighbors.
It’s about time we give them credit for something: enter their invitation to “O’CAG’s O’Concert Kick-of Party,” which they bill as fun for the whole family (read: booze, “shamrock crafts,” and leprechaun impersonators)! Promising “a chance for all young and old, lads and lassies, to kiss the Blarney Stone,” and “a whole pot full of shenanigans for the wee ones,” this is, as Tobias Funke would say, ripe for parody.
