Dance, dance, dance: Georgetown rivals show off their moves
Georgetown’s been known for some serious dance skills, thanks to fantastic performances at Midnight Madnesses over the last few years—take, for instance, Jerry Rice cranking that Soulja Boy or Nikita Mescheriakov proving he’s as cool as ice with his moves.
But all of that pales in comparison to the events that occurred at a recent Big East Tournament baseball game between Connecticut and South Florida. During a rain delay, the players decided to entertain the crowd with a few dance moves. Things escalated, and before the crowd knew it, a varsity-sized dance off was underway on the field.
I think it’s safe to say two things: events like this are why college athletes are usually more entertaining to watch than their professional counterparts, and the Big East is officially the coolest conference in the country.
