Philly P was on a Potomac and shared a block with many residential homes. Crepe Amour is on M and shares a block with Rhino and Modern.

Can ANC attendees process more than buzzwords? Crepe Amour isn’t trying to fool anyone (as one could argue Philly did with its upstairs seating). You can walk by at any hour of day and see that there aren’t any seats in there and most orders are taken out. But as soon as you put “past midnight” and “grab and go” in the same sentence, everyone loses their shit.
