		<description><![CDATA[Philly P was on a Potomac and shared a block with many residential homes.  Crepe Amour is on M and shares a block with Rhino and Modern.

Can ANC attendees process more than buzzwords?  Crepe Amour isn&#039;t trying to fool anyone (as one could argue Philly did with its upstairs seating).  You can walk by at any hour of day and see that there aren&#039;t any seats in there and most orders are taken out.  But as soon as you put &quot;past midnight&quot; and &quot;grab and go&quot; in the same sentence, everyone loses their shit.]]></description>
