		<description><![CDATA[What brain dead analysis from the person who has to be the most overrated political strategist of all times (bear in mind, up until the night before the election, Rove argued the GOP wouldn&#039;t lose a single house in 2006). 

Dems will lose seats in November not because expectations haven&#039;t been fulfilled (hell, the bill was passed a couple weeks ago...) but because independents have moved away from the party due to frustration with partisan gridlock in Washington. From a policy perspective, nearly everything Obama has done has been in line with the expectations of his party&#039;s base.]]></description>
