Way to go “Get a Grip”. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Everyone is getting upset at one person who sent out an email, that most likely came from the University and their policy. In the real world, you have to work and enforce the rules and regulations. Most likely, the people who are bashing the Hall Director; You have been written up or sanctioned for peeing in public, or drinking under the age. If you have a problem with the email that was sent out, take your comments directly to the head of Georgetown. Take it the lawyer’s office too, since they approve all policies of the University.

When you all grow up, you will realize that you will have to do the same thing he did, and follow the rules. I doubt he woke up and said “Today I will send out an email to everyone and charge them money for fun!”. Most likely, somewhere in the rules that are given to us when we live here state all of this. Nobody has taken the time to read it. Last I checked, your parents pay for everything you do here. Some of us had to work hard to get here, while many of you spoiled kids had the money to be here. Common sense can’t be purchased. I wish it was, because I would sale each of you some..lol

I’m going to place those who have said negative things against this person (who I have not met, but plan to) in the category of CYBER BULLYING. You’re to scared to voice your concerns with him, so you will hide behind the computer. If your parents are paying the 40,000/year college tutition. One or two things need to happen.

1. Drop out now and save them the money
2. Slap yourself for being stupid

If you need help with #2 let me know, and I’ll meet you by the front gates lol

The comments below it shows that after thousands of dollars paid on tuition, students are only getting book smart and still lack common sense, decency or maturity. Your parents are wasting their money. If the story is so stupid then why are you taking your time to even comment on it? This person is obviously trying to do his job and keep immature, spoiled college students from thinking they can get away with whatever they want to. See it for what it is, people need to grow up, not just when it comes to vandalism, but also people on this thread.

To the question of whether renting at a rate of $37,496 per semester for an 800 square foot apartment gives you an entitlement to graffiti clean-up, I would argue that it should.

Also, I don’t think anyone is condoning graffiti, but graffiti is a lot easier to ignore than a monetary fine for something you didn’t do or Cory Peterson’s presence.
