Morgan Tyler Crawford, a former Hoyas basketball player, was recently arrested for felonious assault according to the Staunton News Leader.

Police in Staunton, Virginia, arrested Crawford following a small gathering during which he stuck his finger in a woman’s drink. She in turn threw the drink on Crawford who allegedly responded by punching her several times in the face causing injuries to her nose, lip, and mouth.

Crawford was a captain on the 2007-2008 Hoyas basketball team and a stand out player at Robert E. Lee High School.

He is currently out on a personal recognizance bond.
