10:00 AM – THEFT (Walsh). A female student went into a restroom on the fourth floor and placed her wallet on the counter. She left the area and forgot to take her wallet. When she returned to the restroom, the wallet was no longer there.

12:17 PM – HARRASSMENT (Lauinger). A female (Non GU student) was stalking and continuously emailing a student. The suspect was identified and was brought to the DPS office where she was barred from campus.

2:46 PM – THEFT (Darnall). A student secured his bicycle with a u-lock. When he returned to retrieve it, he found that an unknown person had cut the lock and stolen his bike. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

12:04 AM – ASSAULT (Henle). A female student went to her ex-boyfriend’s residence without his invitation. She demanded to meet with him. When he didn’t, the student slapped him in the face, causing minor injuries. The female student was identified and arrested for unlawful entry and simple assault. She was taken to MPD 2nd District.

4:17 PM – THEFT (Village A). A student secured his bicycle a week earlier. He returned to retrieve the bicycle and noticed that it was stolen. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

11:23 PM – PUBLIC URINATION (3700 Prospect St, NW). A student was seen urinating in public. The student was identified and the case has been referred to student conduct.

12:17 PM – THEFT (Red Square). A suspect who was seen in the area stole a bicycle which was parked in the bike rack. The suspect fled the area by stealing another bicycle and riding on it. The complainant was in class when her bicycle was stolen. The suspect fled the scene. MPD was notified and filed a report. The case is under investigation.

12:33 PM – THEFT (Leavey – Starbuck’s). An unknown person stole an unsecured iphone which was left on a table. The complainant had gone to the cash register when the iphone was stolen. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

8:30 AM THEFT (Harbin). An unknown person stole a secured bicycle from a bike rack. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

4:27 PM – THEFT (Yates). An unknown person stole an unsecured wallet and cell phone from a locker while the complainant was in the bathroom. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

5:27 PM – THEFT (Lauinger). The complainant was in the library, and when he came out, he noticed his bicycle was stolen by an unknown person. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

2:14 AM – PUBLIC URINATION (3500 Prospect St). A student was seen urinating in public. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

9:21 PM -DEFACEMENT (New South). A student forcefully kicked a fire extinguisher cabinet and broke the glass. The toilet stall, soap dispenser and hand dryer machine were completely torn from the wall. The suspect has been identified. The case is under investigation.

1:22 AM – DRUG VIOLATION (Kennedy). DPS received a call regarding a strong smell of marijuana. A student admitted to possessing and using marijuana. The drugs and paraphernalia were confiscated and submitted into evidence. The student was identified. The case has been referred to student conduct.

2:25 AM – PUBLIC URINATION (3700 Prospect St, NW). A student was seen urinating in public. The student was identified and the case has been referred to student conduct.

3:34 AM – DRUG VIOLATION (Henle). DPS received a call regarding a personal illness. Contact was made with a student who was passed out and then regain consciousness. He admitted to being in possession and smoking marijuana. The drugs and paraphernalia were confiscated and submitted into evidence. The student was identified. The case has been referred to student conduct.

7:39 PM – THEFT (Reynolds). An unknown person stole a secured bicycle by cutting the lock. The complainant was returning from dinner she she found her bicycle stolen. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.
