		<description><![CDATA[@DCite I *think* it&#039;s that the old Jes-res is biologically hazardous and would require a significant amount of work to fix up, plus it&#039;s probably historical and would therefore require even more red tape to renovate.  I know I read an article about this in one of the campus papers a few years ago (maybe &#039;09?), but I have no idea where it is.]]></description>
