At least based on the live write-up you guys provided, OP and the residents just come off as petty and relying on semantics to make points, rather than actual data and justifications (beyond the admittedly valid claim that there are students who disrespect the neighborhood, like any other place).

Will this hearing be available online? I seem to remember one of the local blogs (GM, I believe) linking to a video of the last one not too long ago. Totally would have been there if it wasn’t for my exam tomorrow
