DCTC: The First Amendment is overrated

On Wednesday, journalists at The Fightback and the libertarian magazine Reason were arrested at a hearing for the DC Taxi Cab Commission.

Because of a loophole in the law, DCTC Chair Dena Reed, is allowed to call for the arrest of any person that records a public meeting.

Top Chef Contestant cooks up an idea
