Vox Pupuli: Foster puppies

This week’s Vox Pupuli comes once again from Voice cover editor and Pupuli enthusiast Iris Kim. This time, though, it’s not a couple of pups she found hanging around Saxby’s, but the foster dog of some Georgetown friends. Vox readers, meet Bailey:
