Free Food for All: Chocolate without the social guilt

Mired as we are in exams and papers, only the prospect of Thanksgiving break and free food can get us through.

Chocolate, in our opinion, should be its own food group, but ever thought about how it could support child slavery? Join Ayn Riggs, the founder of Slave Free Chocolate, in the ICC Galleria today at 7:30 p.m. to hear her speak about slavery in the cocoa-growing regions of the world, and how it may affect you. Be sure to head over to learn more about the chocolate that you eat, and even snag some free trade chocolate as well.

Actual free food is slim this week, what with the majority of campus stressing over their pre-Thanksgiving work, but there are always subsidized cultural dinners to fill the gap. Join the International Relations Club for their second dinner of the year, this time at Mai Thai, with the meal partially funded by the club. Be sure to RSVP here, and meet at the front gates at 5:30 p.m. this Friday.
