SThe revolving green fund idea has been around since I was a freshman and was somewhat seriously considered during my sophomore and junior years, which is why we now have the Sustainability Action Committee… so in reality this idea has been around for a while

I don’t know how many people are enamored with access to benefits. The SIPS structure makes sense, works towards a unique mission, and won’t exist in the normalized funding structure after the initial allocation.
