Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki visits Georgetown

DeGioia, Dean of the School of Foreign Service Carol Lancaster and Georgetown professor and former Senator Chuck Hagel (R-Neb.) in Healy Hall. Much of Healy and Copley Lawns was cordoned off for security reasons.
