This article was much too biased towards the anti-student viewpoint by not pointing out the extreme and dishonest activities of nearby residents such as Lenore Rubino, Stephen Brown, and Ken Archer (who accused Georgetown students of turning his wealthy white neighborhood into a “ghetto.”) While there are students who misbehave, incoming freshmen should know that these people will hate and falsely accuse them simply for choosing Georgetown University, and have done everything possible to take away some of the basic rights that other DC residents have.

“Undergraduate enrollment cannot exceed 6,675″ and “Satellite campus for the school of continuing studies” are not bad things…!!!

Regarding transportation, the late-night weekend Metrobus cuts were ultimately not made (both still run until 2am). Similarly, the Circulator stops in Georgetown have been restored.

Some nuance is also missing from the ANC portion of the article, but that’s forgivable.

Occupy@Georgetown constitutes “news you can use”??? I don’t think so. A few dozen (at most) angsty children quoting sixties-era slogans a couple times whilst their befuddled yet sensible classmates look on does not constitute major campus news.

At least Vox is demonstrating its ideological bent before the school year starts.
