		<description><![CDATA[police officers are not allowed to search the room without a warrant or reasonable suspicion of a crime.  however, the university can.  it&#039;s the university&#039;s property that they are allowing you to stay in, and as such they can much more liberally search rooms, much like how principals at schools can search kids&#039; lockers.  but realistically, when has anybody had their room searched besides when they&#039;ve made DMT?]]></description>
