Twuesday Tweetacular: Irrelevant Oscars and the Milwaukee History Museum
— Entertainment Weekly (@EW) February 23, 2015
Happy Happy Mid-term season! You know, the period of time that started about a week ago and will continue until finals? Vox thought she would have a nice break from her studying by watching the Oscars. The she realized she did not know half of the movies. Sorry Birdman, but Vox had to Google you. She is also deeply disappointed that the truest of the true didn’t win best actor, aka Georgetown’s own Bradley Cooper.
Me right now. What a night. Congratulations to all the nominees, performers, and winners! Let's party! 🍸 pic.twitter.com/AhDgfTJEUK

At least Vox knows who this performer is at the Oscars! And what a coincidence… Vox is in the same position as Lady Gaga right now! The only difference is she’s wearing sweatpants, has a coffee in her hand instead of a martini, and won’t see a party until these endless exams are over. So basically Vox and Gaga are one and the same…

To procrastinate studying, Vox has taken to stalking all things college basketball with March Madness just around the corner. After a big win on Saturday and hitting #26, Georgetown hoops is both killing it, yet staying slightly under the radar. Watch out Villanova, and especially watch out Cuse (We still hate you).

And last but not least, if you’re in a mid-semester crisis fearing failure on your mid-terms, if you’re a senior without any job options, or even if you’re just a Hoya longing for Spring Break as a light at the end of the tunnel, Vox just learned a valuable lesson from The Onion: Everything will be okay because your friend at the Milwaukee History Museum will get you in for free as long as you arrive before 3:30!
